Qihoo 360 Establishes Investment Subsidiary

On June 18, Chinese Internet services and security software provider Qihoo 360 (NYSE: QIHU) registered a new company in Beijing. "Beijing Qihu Xinsheng Touzi Youxian Gongsi" (unofficial translation: "Qihoo Xinsheng Investment") has registered capital of RMB 10 mln. Qihoo 360 president Qi Xiangdong is the new subsidiary's legal representative.

The new company's scope of operations includes investments, asset management, investment management, investment consulting, and enterprise management consulting.
