Lafaso Expands Return Service

Beijing-based women's B2C e-commerce site Lafaso (Lefeng.com) announced today that the company has added 18 cities in 8 different provinces to the list of cities that offer in-home pickup for returns and exchanges. The service now covers more than 55% of Lafaso users in 45 cities nationwide.
Buyers wanting to return or exchange goods must pay a RMB 10 service fee for each order, while Lafaso assumes the remainder of the delivery costs.
The number of cities that offer POS card swiping services has increased by 20 cities in 12 different provinces, to reach a total of 40 cities.
Lafaso operates warehouses in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu. The company offers 24-hour delivery in these four cities, while deliveries take approximately 4 days to most other cities.
