Women's Fashion SNS App Completes RMB 8-digit Funding

Shanghai-based mobile app developer Yourdream has announced the completion of RMB 8-digit first-round funding from Meridian Capital (China). Yourdream founder Gu Yingying has disclosed that the funds will be primarily used to explore new business models.
"I Chuanyi," the company's self-developed fashion SNS app, has attracted a user base of near 5 mln since launching in November 2012. The app targets women, allowing them to share outfits, look at outfits posted by other users, and shop online for clothes to pair up as new ensembles.
