Mobile Finance App 'Shandian Baoxiao' Secures Angel Funding

Beijing-based Sichuang Hepu, operator of mobile financial management app Shandian Baoxiao ("Lightning Reimbursement"), recently revealed that the company received a RMB 7-digit figure in angel investment this October from Jidi Xintian Venture Capital.

Shandian Baoxiao is a financial management app designed for startup companies to manage expense approval, reimbursements, statistical analysis and real-time data updates. After company managers register their company on the Shandian mobile app or website, employees can link their Tencent (0700.HK) WeChat mobile messaging app accounts to the service to file expense reports. Every time employees make a purchase, they can upload a photo through WeChat and classify the expense to receive reimbursements. Managers can view purchase details through the Shandian app, with the app automatically creating expense claim sheets.

Shandian Baoxiao is currently only available for iOS users, but the company plans to release an Android version of the app by the end of the month. The current funding will be used to expand Shandian's scope of business and improve customer experience.
