Overseas Housing Rental Site Zhubaijia Wins RMB 500 Mln Series C

Shenzhen-based Beibaoke Business Travel Consultancy Services, operator of online overseas housing rental site Zhubaijia.com, revealed in a press conference held in Beijing today that it received at least RMB 500 mln Series C funding from Hainan Airlines' tourism subsidiary HNA Tourism Holding, making the two companies strategic partners. Beibaoke previously revealed in August that it had received RMB 200 mln in Series B funding. This strategic partnership will combine Beibaoke's short-term rental service with HNA's plane ticket, travel, and other resources.
Beibaoke currently connects users to several million rental homes in more than 60 cities and areas all over the world, with local part-time employees providing 24/7 support services.
HNA's service area covers many countries and regions around Asia, Europe, and the Americas. HNA owns 144 airplanes, which fly to over 160 cities, as well as 631 rental cars. HNA provides services to 30 mln tourists on average every year. Beijing Caissa International Travel Service, a subsidiary of HNA, operates more than 6,000 tourism products in more than 100 countries.
