O2O Housing Info Service Platform Iwjw.com Secures USD 150 Mln Series E

Shanghai-based Manyi Real Estate Consulting, operator of O2O housing information service platform Iwjw.com, announced today that the company has completed USD 150 mln in Series E funding led by Singaporean sovereign wealth fund Temasek Holdings and Beijing-based private equity fund Hillhouse Capital Management, with contributions from Morningside Ventures, Banyan Capital, Shunwei Capital, and Granite Global Ventures. Manyi has completed an accumulated total of USD 350 mln in funding to date, winning USD 120 mln in Series D funding in June of this year.

Manyi operates both an online and mobile version of its platform, owns no brick-and-mortar stores, but maintains a team of housing agents to assist customers. Manyi provides housing information for resale and rentals in Bejing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.
