Xinhuanet, 3/16/16

The Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Administration has announced it will fine Rajax Information Technology, operator of restaurant takeout delivery platform Ele.me, RMB 120,000 for violating food safety laws by not properly inspecting licenses of restaurants hosted on the site at the end of November 2015.
