Mobile Healthcare App 'Ping An Haoyisheng' User Base Exceeds 100 Mln

Chinese mobile healthcare app Ping An Haoyisheng (Ping An Good Doctor), operated by Ping An Insurance Group (2318.HK; 601318.SH) subsidiary Ping An Health Cloud, recently revealed that it now has more than 100 mln registered users, including more than 10 mln monthly active users.
Wang Tao, founder of Ping An Haoyisheng, said that the platform currently has a healthcare team of more than 1,000 staff, partnerships with over 50,000 doctors, and cooperative arrangements with more than 3,000 hospitals and clinics.
In addition to providing online medical consultation services, Ping An Haoyisheng has begun to partner with grade A tertiary hospitals in China this year to offer a complete set of services for patients' offline medical appointments. The platform launched a new "Jiankang Dao Jia" (Healthcare at Home) service in Guangzhou this July, which sends a Ping An Haoyisheng family doctor to the user's home to offer health consultation, disease management, and medical record services.
A representative for the platform said that in the future it plans to improve its systems for drug deliveries and insurance payment processing.
The Ping An Haoyisheng app offers users online medical consultation, medical appointment booking, one-hour drug delivery to the home, healthcare news, fitness activity tracking, and healthcare community forums. Users can also access the platform's Health Mall channel to purchase drugs, healthcare products, beauty products, and physical and electronic vouchers for services such as physical exams and genetic testing.
