Credit Card Management App 'U51.Com' Wins USD 310 Mln Series C

Hangzhou-based Enniu Network Technology, operator of credit card management app "51 Credit Card Manager" (U51.com), has announced at a press conference the completion of USD 310 mln Series C funding, giving the company a post-money valuation of USD 1 bln. The round was led by real estate company Xinhu Zhongbao (600208.SH) and Tiantu Capital, with participation from Fancheng Capital, HG Capital, Guosen H&S Equity Investment Fund Management, Qianhe Capital Management, and Angel Plus.
Enniu's credit card management mobile app 51 Credit Card Manager (U51.com) enables users to enter their credit cards into the mobile app to receive and view monthly bills and make payments. Users can also directly apply for credit cards and other loan services from different issuing banks through U51.com.
U51.com has more than 70 mln users and 30 mln monthly active credit card bills, according to CEO Sun Haitao.
Enniu, founded in August 2012, previously completed USD 50 mln Series B funding in February 2015 and USD 50 mln Series B+ funding in April 2015.
