Rumor: MII to Disband Decimal Network Standards Workgroup

According to a source, The Ministry of Information Industry (MII) plans to disband the Decimal Network Standards Workgroup for reasons currently unclear. According to the source, "the decimal network standard was a ministry-issued, unratified standard to begin with, and has no legal relationship to the MII."
