The9 Details Game Pipeline

17173.com, 7/23/09

Huang Xuebin, general project supervisor for "Warriors of Fate," an online game by Chinese game developer and operator The9 (Nasdaq: NCTY), said that The9's development center is currently in development on 5 projects, and has expanded from an initial 30 people in 2006 to its current staff of nearly 400 developers.

Development on "Warriors of Fate" is essentially complete, and the game is now undergoing internal debugging. Closed testing is planned shortly, the results of which will determine the schedule for public testing. Two additional casual games, "Tiny Tribe" and "MOW" (Monster of War), will be seen at the China Digital Entertainment Expo & Conference (ChinaJoy) in Shanghai this week, although a timetable for release of the two games, which are currently still under development, has not yet been set.
