Sogou Releases Sohu Microblog Skin for IME

DoNews, 4/13/12

On April 12, Chinese internet firm Sohu's (Nasdaq: SOHU) online search subsidiary Sogou released a new "Sohu Microblog" skin for its Sogou Pinyin input method editor (IME), allowing users to easily log into Sohu Microblog and post updates from the Pinyin IME interface.

Users who connect their Sogou Pinyin installations to their Sohu Microblog accounts will be able to see their friends' latest updates displayed in the IME candidate window. After logging into Sohu Microblog, users will be able to click through to the service directly from the IME window for real-time status updates, comments, and reposts.
