Zhongguancun Cloud Computing Industry Base Opens in Beijing

The Zhongguancun Cloud Computing Industry Base officially opened in Zhongguancun Software Park on August 16. The 110,000 square meter facility integrates office space, product and service display, and meeting spaces. The base has office space for over 400 people, and 10 companies will initially open offices in the base including Yoyo Systems, Cloud Times Technology, China-cloud.com, Tiandi Huiyun Technology, China Cloud Industry Alliance's China Cloud-Tech Angel Fund Partnership, the Haiyin Fund, CeresData, and Ruibu Technology Development.

Beijing previously established a cloud hardware base in Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, which currently hosts 21 companies. The Zhongguancun Cloud Industry Base will martial the R&D capabilities of the Zhongguancun area to focus on cloud applications, Big Data, and cloud terminals.
