Cisco Opens Network Operations & Maintenance Center in Chengdu

American network equipment maker Cisco has officially launched its China Network Operations & Maintenance Center in Chengdu, located in the city's Tianfu Software Park. Cisco decided to adopt a Build-Operate-Transfer cooperation model (BOT) using the services of the Tianfu Software Park Outsourcing Solution Center for the new operation. The Tianfu Software Park one-stop service BOT model covers facilities, recruiting, payroll, and administration management.

Cisco's China Network Operations Center will provide a series of Cisco Smart Services Delivery from its Chengdu site, including Cisco smart operator services, smart exclusive services, compliance and configuration management services, knowledge cloud services as well as intelligent network-level services.
