Tencent Tech, 11/15/12

Beijing-based B2C e-commerce platform 360Buy today confirmed that it has launched a logistics services system platform for its open platform merchant partners, after e-commerce industry veteran Gong Wenxiang leaked screenshots of the platform and an e-mail sent to merchants.

According to the e-mail, the logistics platform provides seven services for merchants, including five-hour door-to-door pick-up and a system for third-party delivery services allowing merchants to conveniently track deliveries, verify orders, and analyze shipping costs, as well as a 2,000-seat customer service call center and exclusive merchant consultants.
