China Telecom to Start iPhone 5 Pre-Orders November 20

Recently, China Telecom's (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK) official "E-surfing Daily" and "China Telecom Yellow Pages" microblogs both issued posts stating that on November 20, China Telecom will begin taking pre-orders for the iPhone 5.

According to the posts, the first round of customers to preorder the iPhone 5 will be entitled to four special offers: access to VIP Gold status, chose of preferential handset numbers, data usage giveaways, and gift giveaways. China Telecom officials have not yet gone into detail regarding the price, monthly fees, or steps on how to preorder the iPhone 5.
