Shanxi Mobile Launches Cloud Computing Platform

China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) subsidiary Shanxi Mobile recently developed a national cloud computing platform for service systems infrastructure support. The launch of the platform is expected to increase response speeds and customer satisfaction for the operator.
After nearly two years of development, the cloud computing platform now fully supports service support systems middleware, back-end applications, application interfaces, and most databases, boasting automated cross-domain deployment capabilities and service-based configurability for better resource management and delivery flexibility.
