Rufengda Releases Package Tracking Mobile App

Chinese B2C clothing website Vancl's logistics subsidiary, Rufengda Express Delivery, has released a delivery tracker mobile app. Through the app, Rufengda customers can choose the location to which they would like their packages delivered by either shaking the mobile handsets to pinpoint their exact location, or by manually entering a delivery address.

Rufengda's mobile app also allows customers to track the delivery status of their package by entering or scanning package delivery barcodes. If customers are dissatisfied with their delivery experience, the Rufengda app also allows users to file complaints and contact the company's customer service hotline.
