Mobile IM Momo's User Base Reaches 20 Mln

Beijing-based location-based services provider Momo Technology today announced on its official microblog that its user base has reached 20 mln, one year and four months after the company launched. The mobile IM client's "Groups" feature, which launched over a month ago with the release of version 2.0, now hosts 100,000 groups with nearly 10 mln group posts daily.
Momo will soon release version 3.0 of its mobile application, but has yet to announce any details. Momo reached 10 mln users on August 13, 2012.
