Coship, Guangdong Broadcast & TV Network Partner on HD TV Sets

Chinese developer and manufacturer of satellite receivers and cable and terrestrial set-top boxes (STBs) Coship Electronics (002052.SZ) issued a public filing today announcing that it signed an agreement with Guangdong Broadcast & TV Network on December 1, 2012, under which Guangdong Broadcast & TV Network authorizes Coship to manufacture all-in-one bi-directional HDTV televisions, and to promote and sell Guangdong Broadcast & TV Network services and products through Coship's own service centers, jointly operated service centers, e-commerce, TV shopping, and regional channels as a service agent for the network. The agreement will remain valid for five years.
