Guangdong Mobile Executive Director Resigns

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, 12/14/12

China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) has announced that due to re-arrangements of work duties within the company and its subsidiaries, Xu Long has resigned from his position as an Executive Director of China Mobile subsidiary Guangdong Mobile with effect from December 14, 2012. Xu will remain the Chairman and President of China Mobile Group Guangdong Company Limited.
