Baidu Revamps Results Page for Celebrity Search Queries

Chinese internet company Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) has revamped its search results page for queries related to popular celebrities. Search queries for Chinese author "Mo Yan" will now yield news, Baidu Baike encyclopedia, official microblog, photos and other information related to the author in a box on top of search results.

Search queries for most well know Chinese celebrities will yield similar results. A search for pop-star Jay Chou will yield popular songs, films, encyclopedia entries, and Chou's microblogging account.
