Xiaomi Denies Plans to Acquire Fashion Shopping Site Crucco

Following its confirmation yesterday that it is seeking a buyer, Chinese online apparel B2C Crucco today claimed it will be acquired by Beijing-based Android handset developer Xiaomi for RMB 80 mln and Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun will become the company's CEO, but a Xiaomi representative denied any knowledge of such an agreement.
