Rumor: ZTE to Launch Octo-Core Phablet

According to an informed source, Chinese telecom equipment and terminal manufacturer ZTE (0763.HK; 000063.SZ) will soon announce a large-screen Nubia "phablet" handset, the Nubia Z7. The new handset will feature a 6.3-inch 2560x1140 pixel display, 1.4 GHz octo-core processor, 128 GB of storage, 16MP and 4MP rear- and front-facing cameras, and a 4000 mAh battery. The handset is rumored to feature Google's yet-to-be-released Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie OS.
