Tencent to Release 'Candy Crush Saga' in China

UK-based casual social game developer King Digital Entertainment has announced that the company will launch a Chinese version of its mobile tile-matching puzzle game Candy Crush Saga for the Chinese market through an exclusive partnership with Chinese internet and mobile services firm Tencent (0700.HK).

The announcement follows the launch of Candy Crush Saga in Korea and Japan in 2013. The Chinese version of the game will be made available via Tencent's Mobile QQ and WeChat (Weixin) mobile messaging applications.
