Ourpalm to Invest RMB 20 Mln in VC Fund

Beijing-based mobile game developer Ourpalm (300315.SZ) has issued a notice stating its plans to invest RMB 20 mln in Shanghai-based early stage investment fund Guanrun Venture Capital, becoming a limited partner of the fund. After the investment, Ourpalm will hold a 24.39% stake in Guanrun.
Guanrun Venture Capital, an investment fund established by Japanese VC firm CyberAgent Ventures, primarily invests in early-stage smartphone and mobile internet companies in China, with investment normally ranging in size from RMB 3 mln to RMB 5 mln per target company.
