National Mobile TV Standard Selection Halted

The Standardization Administration of China (SAC) has temporarily suspended the national mobile phone TV standard selection process, as certain proposals were not submitted and participants have withdrawn from related evaluation work. In addition, the Academy of Broadcasting Science at the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT), one of the original judging organizations, later declined to participate.
