Shanda Licenses Casual Game Atrix

Online game operator Shanda (Nasdaq: SNDA) announced today that it has obtained exclusive mainland China operating rights for Atrix, a 3D online casual war game from Korean developer and publisher NCsoft. Atrix is expected to begin commercial operation in China in early 2009.

NCsoft is also the developer of MMORPG Aion, for which Shanda is scheduled to begin closed beta testing in the second half of 2008.
