A source reports that Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) has reached a partnership agreement with a domestic video-sharing website to start a joint venture. The source said that Baidu could announce the agreement as early as this evening, adding that investment in the new JV would likely be in the RMB 100 mln range.
