Hunan TV & Broadcast Intermediary Increases Stake in Hunan Cable TV

The Hunan TV & Broadcast Intermediary (000917.SZ) has reached an agreement to purchase a 3.44% stake in the Hunan Cable TV Network Group from its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Broadcasting and TV Network, for RMB 237 mln. After the purchase is complete, the Hunan TV & Broadcast Intermediary will directly own 61.03% of the Hunan Cable TV Network Group.
