Fosun International Exec Denies Insider Trading Accusations

Sun Jun, assistant president for Fosun International Limited, has denied accusations suggesting Fosun had engaged in insider trading when purchasing Focus Media (Nasdaq: FMCN) stock last week.
In addition, Sun stated that the company's strategic investment principle is to invest in, but not to operate, companies and that Fosun International has no plans to join the board of directors at either Focus Media or Sina (Nasdaq: SINA).
