Financial services software company Longtop Financial Technologies (NYSE: LFT) has announced that it has entered a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the equity in third-party software solutions testing firm Jactus Labs. The acquisition is expected to be completed in March 2009. Jactus is a provider of functional and performance testing services with a focus on the financial services industry.
