Shanda, Storm Partner on Yuyan Online

Chinese online game developer and operator Shanda Interactive (Nasdaq: SNDA) has announced that it has established a strategic cooperation with game developer Shanghai Storm related to operation of Shanghai Storm's self-developed 2.5D MMORPG Yuyan Online (Prophecy). Under the agreement, Shanda Games Limited (SDG), a subsidiary of Shanda Interactive, will operate Yuyan Online, which Shanghai Storm will also continue to operate. In addition, another Shanda subsidiary, Shanda Online Holdings (SDO), will open its unified platform to support operation of the game.
