Jack Ma, founder of Chinese e-commerce firm Alibaba Group, arrived in San Francisco on February 27, along with 8 other senior executives from Alibaba and its subsidiaries Taobao, Alipay and China Yahoo, to pursue cooperation opportunities and recruit talent. Ma stated that Alibaba currently holds USD 2 bln in cash and plans a massive wave of recruitment.
