China Telecom Adds 1.7 Mln CDMA Users in February

China Telecom (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK) has announced that it added 1.7 mln CDMA subscribers in February for a total of more than 30.6 mln. In the same period, China Telecom saw a net loss of approximately 1.6 mln fixed-line users, dropping its total to 205.8 mln, and added 870,000 broadband subscribers for a total of 45.9 mln.
