Kingdee Acquires Finance and Tax Software Firm

Enterprise management software developer Kingdee International Software Group (0268.HK) announced that it has completed its acquisition of Nanjing Tongmeng Software System Co, Ltd. Previously Kingdee VP Qiu Xin had revealed that the acquisition came at a cost in the tens of millions of RMB.

Nanjing Tongmeng Software System is a provider of products for the finance and taxation industry. In its previous partnership with Kingdee, which lasted more than a year, the company developed a tax software product capable of connecting to both the mini and standard versions of Kinddee's KIS software (accounting informationization solution oriented to small enterprises), as well as a series of tax plugins for the professional edition of KIS.
