Beijing Telecom Releases 3G Handset Data Packages

Beijing Telecom has released its low-priced 3G handset data plans, the lowest costing RMB 5 per month. Bandwidth use exceeding total monthly plan limits will be charged at a rate of RMB 0.005 per KB.
