CDC Software Acquires 51% Stake in Chinese ERP Provider

Chinese enterprise software developer CDC Software (Nasdaq: CDCS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation (Nasdaq: CHINA), has signed an agreement to purchase a 51% stake in Beijing Hejia Software Technology.

Hejia will become CDC Software's main strategic partner in the China region, with the two companies collaborating on software development and expansion of both the domestic and overseas software markets. Hejia will utilize CDC Software's international channels to market its own products on the global market, while CDC Software will sell its products (CDCRoss, CDC HRM, CDC Factory and CDC Respond) domestically through Hejia.
