Shanda to Establish M2M R&D Base & Theme Park in Wuxi

Chinese online game developer and operator Shanda (Nasdaq: SNDA) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the municipal government of Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, to build an M2M interactive entertainment R&D and application development base in Binhu District.
Shanda and the government of Wuxi will jointly establish China's first M2M interactive entertainment theme park. The park will cater to Wuxi's millions of youth and over 10 mln foreign and domestic tourists, as well as more than 4 mln gamers and tens of millions of young Internet users who live in the vicinity.
