According to internal sources, with the end of term approaching later this month for the current board of directors at Chinese telecom equipment manufacturer ZTE (0763.HK; 000063.SZ), the company's upper management may undergo a major shuffle. CEO Yin Yimin may resign, and senior vice president Shi Lirong and executive vice president He Shiyou stand as the most likely candidates to replace him. Reports have stated that it is not yet certain whether the board of directors will accept Yin Yimin's resignation.
