Rumor: Google Senior Executive Joins Baidu

According to a source from Chinese internet company Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU), Wang Jin, formerly deputy director of Google China's Engineering Research Institute, has joined Baidu as vice president of technology.
Wang will be primarily responsible for the management and development of Baidu's Beijing R&D team. Baidu has not made clear what specific areas Wang will oversee, or to whom he will report.
