Tencent Partner Buys ICQ for USD 188 Mln

Russian Internet firm Digital Sky Technology (DST), in which Chinese internet company Tencent (0700.HK) recently purchased a 10.26% stake, has purchased instant messaging platform ICQ from AOL for USD 187.5 mln. AOL expects the deal to be completed in Q3 2010.
