Shanda Games to Outsource Development

Chinese online game developer and operator Shanda Games (Nasdaq: GAME) has confirmed that it will attend the 2010 China Game Outsourcing Conference (CGOC) as an outsourcer, where it will present a large number of game projects to potential outsourcees. The conference, to be held on July 31 and August 1, 2010 at the Shanghai International Convention Center, is to be the first of its kind in China.

Fu Yan, the man responsible for Shanda Games's outsourcing projects, said that this year Shanda Games will outsource projects including art, audio FX, animation, and creative planning, and that the company will maintain high requirements for projects involving CG, modeling, promotional video production.
