Lashou Acquires Xi'an Site from Rival Group Buy Site Tuanp

Chinese group buy site Lashou.com has announced that it has successfully acquired the Xi'an-based group buy site Tuanlele.com; following the acquisition, Tuanlele will become the Xi'an site for Lashou.com.

Lashou said that the Tuanlele site belonged to group-buying portal Tuanp, focusing mainly on group purchases in the Xi'an area. Tuanlele employs a local promotions staff of about five people.

A spokesperson for Lashou also revealed that acquiring regional group buy sites helps Lashou save large amounts of time and effort while expanding its market, and that the company will continue this strategy in the future, focusing mainly on acquisitions in first-tier Chinese cities.
