China Mobile Pushes App Store on Major Mobile Portals

China Mobile's (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) Mobile Market app store recently launched channels on the mobile portals of Netease (Nasdaq: NTES), Tencent (0700.HK), and NetDragon (0777.HK), expanding the app store's sales and distribution channels. Mobile Market will also cooperate with NetDragon's mobile clients 91 Assistant and 91 Baibaoxiang ("Treasure Chest") to open further channels, and will launch contests and other promotional events with Netease. Mobile Market plans to launch channels on other major portals, including Sina (Nasdaq: SINA), Sohu (Nasdaq: SOHU), and TOM (2383.HK).
