Orange Sky Invests in US Film Studio

Orange Sky Golden Harvest (1132.HK), a subsidiary of Orange Sky Entertainment Group, has invested RMB 170 mln in a strategic acquisition of a minority interest in American film company Legendary Pictures, LLC. Following the acquisition, the two companies will partner on domestic and international film production, distribution, and internet and mobile gaming, among other areas of strategic partnership.

Orange Sky Entertainment CEO Chen Xiaowei also revealed that the company has set up a subsidiary company in Beijing dedicated to online gaming R&D. The company is currently recruiting in preparation for a new game.
