Shanda Games: Five Incubator Firms Ready to IPO

Joe Zuo, VP of Chinese online game developer and operator Shanda Games (Nasdaq: GAME) and partner of its "18 Capital" incubation plan, recently revealed that 18 Capital has at least five start-ups ready to IPO. These companies include Chengdu Aurora Technology Development, a subsidiary of Shanda Interactive (Nasdaq: SNDA), and Goldcool, a subsidiary of Shanda Games, though none will list in the near future. Zuo confirmed that 18 Capital has invested in iOS-based game developers.
18 Capital so far has invested RMB 700 mln in over 42 projects.
