Gehua, Beijing Mobile Partner on Sales, Marketing

Beijing-based cable and broadband operator Gehua CATV Network (600037.SH) today announced it has signed a joint marketing agreement with Beijing Mobile. The two parties agreed to:
1. Sell one another's products in designated areas within Beijing.
2. Bundle their respective products under both brands to be sold at mutually agreed-upon prices and jointly promoted by both companies.
3. Cooperate on projects involving telecommunications infrastructure resources such as fiber optics and base stations.
