Google China JV Guxiang Passes Annual Inspection

The Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce (BAIC) has announced that Google's China JV, Beijing Guxiang Information Technology, has passed its 2010 annual inspection.

Regarding the company's mapping service, the China portion of the geographic data now made available is provided by Google's Chinese partner, Beijing-based electronic mapping service provider and surveying company MapABC (www.mapabc.com), which possesses the license required to provide mapping service.
