China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has established a RMB 8 bln specialized fund for next-generation IPv6 internet that will provide government subsidies to up to 100 firms, including telecom operators, equipment vendors, commercial websites, and R&D organizations, according to a source close to the NDRC.
China's State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) has issued regulatory guidance proposing movie ticket prices for theater members and groups may not be offered at less than 70% of the listed price, prompting group buy websites to call on SARFT to rationally assess group buy deals on movie tickets.
